We recommend you stay true to your UK/US size. Some brands use a different EU size conversion which can confuse things. For example;

FTF UK11 US12 EU45 / NIKE UK11 US12 EU46 (same size different EU conversion).

Most of our customers take the same size in FTF as they do SLP and other European designer brands.

Shipping.

Shipping is free in the UK, £20 to the EU and £30 to anywhere else in the world.

All our orders ship from our UK warehouse, usually shipped the same day Mon-Fri. During busy periods like seasonal sales, this will extend slightly.

- Worldwide orders ship by DHL Express, for the fastest & most reliable service. Typically 1-3 days depending on the country/state.

- UK orders ship by DHL Express or DPD Local for next working day delivery.

- EU orders ship by DHL Express or DPD Local and delivery times vary depending on your country.

Tracking information is automatically emailed to all customers. If you don't receive this, please check your spam folder.

Any shipments declined by the customer will incur a £90GBP failed delivery charge. This fee is charged to us by the courier. It is easier and cheaper to accept the delivery and then return them to us, using the route detailed below.

Returns.

Items purchased on sale are only eligible to be returned for store credit. Made to order items are strictly non-returnable. The returns period is 28 days. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to notify us of your intent to return your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the order. If required, we offer hassle free pre-paid returns for : £10GBP for UK / $40USD for USA /  £60GBP for all other countries, subject to availability. We cannot currently provide return labels for the EU. You are of course still welcome to return at your own cost.

Note: When you first try on your new boots, please stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles until you’re sure you want to keep them. If they’re returned in an unsellable condition, i.e. damage to the sole or excessive creasing to the upper, then we may decline your return or charge you a restocking fee of £120GBP.

Duties & Taxes.

Orders placed on fromthefirst.com may require duties & taxes to be paid on delivery. Customers will always be responsible for paying any import bills they may receive. We cannot lower the value of any exports.

Customers in the United States, benefit from no duties on imports under $800, due to de minimis.

De minimis is a threshold that exempts imports from duty and or tax/VAT and differs by country. See below a brief list of de minimis for select countries:
