Returns.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to process your return. We can provide you with a pre-paid returns label (subject to availability), this cost varies (contact us for a price) and would be deducted from your refund. Sale purchases are only eligible for an exchange/store credit. Made-to-order or custom items are strictly non-refundable, please be sure of your size before ordering to avoid disappointment

Please note: When you first try on your new boots, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles until you’re sure you want to keep them. Items returned in an unsellable condition, i.e. wear to the sole or creasing to the upper, may be declined or incur a restocking fee.
