All orders are shipped by DHL Express, the fastest & most reliable worldwide service. All orders ship from our UK warehouse, usually the same/next business day. Orders placing during a sale period may experience slight delays.

Duties & Taxes.

Most countries benefit from some form of 'de minimis' threshold value, a minimum value of goods below which no duties and/or taxes are charged by customs authorities. 

For example, customers in the United States benefit from no duties on imports under $800, due to de minimis. See a list of further examples below.

Some orders may require duties & taxes to be paid on delivery, depending on your countries import rules. Customers are responsible for paying any import tax/duties bills they may receive.

Returns.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to process your return. We can provide you with a pre-paid returns label (subject to availability), this cost varies (contact us for a price) and would be deducted from your refund. Returned items purchased on sale are only eligible for an exchange/store credit, please be sure of your size before ordering to avoid disappointment. Made-to-order or custom items are strictly non-refundable.

Please note: When you first try on your new boots, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles until you’re sure you want to keep them. Items returned in an unsellable condition, i.e. wear to the sole or creasing to the upper, may be declined or incur a restocking fee.
